  • Bitumen upper-layer 4mm (Icopal SBS)
  • Bitumen sub-layer 1mm (Icopal SBS)

Steel profile roof:

  • Any profile steel cover
  • Batten 21×95mm, calibrated, cc350-400mm (horizontal)
  • Ventilation lath 21x45 (vertical)
  • Bitumen sub-layer 1mm (Icopal SBS)

Concrete tile roof:

  • Concrete tiles
  • Batten 45×45mm, calibrated, cc350-400mm depending on the tile type (horizontal)
  • Ventilation lath 21x45 (vertical)
  • Bitumen sub-layer 1mm (Icopal SBS)

Element:

1. Chipboard OSB-3 15mm See the photo. Or more moisture-proof fibreboard 16mm (cheaper) See the photo
2. Ventilation lath 45×45, tile roof 45x70mm (vertical)
3. Underlayment of the roof “Tyvek Solid” manufacturer “DuPont”, breathing. See the photo
4. Rafters or frames:

  • Rafters 45×195mm, calibrated timber, spruce, strength-sorted C24, cc600mm (with steps) or according to statics calculation. For summerhouses
  • Double beams or rafters joined with nail plated 2x45×195mm (45x390mm), spruce, strength-sorted C24, cc600mm (with steps) or according statics calculations. For private houses and apartmentshouses used all year round
  • Frames joined with studded board, calibrated timber spruce, strength-sorted C24, cc600mm, any type of roof, according statics calculations. For private and apartment houses used all year round. NB! Trusses are transported as loose material not as elements. See the frames

5. Wool insulation:

  • Rockwool 200mm for summerhouses
  • Rockwool 400mm houses and apartments used all year round
  • Rockwool 600mm for low - energy private houses and apartment houses

6. Insulation support net (for transport)

Underlay installed after the element is assembled on site:

  • Steam barrier 2mkr polyethylene folio/film 0.2mm UV-proof
  • Ceiling batten 28×70mm for private houses or 45x45 mm for apartment houses (horizontally)
  • Gypsum board Gyproc/Knauf 12.5mm or inner boarding spruce 12x120mm is assembled on site. See photo1photo2
